  1. The unfairness society has created by trying to "erase" (as you say) trans people is even greater than any such unfairness that occurs in professional sports due to said trans people. Your utilitarian calculus does not check out there. Thats without going deeper into topics such as the fact that a lot of female athletes have various conditions that androgenise them, like PCOS. The kind of invasive policing precedent you set isnt gonna play out well. Did professional sports try at all to rectify the race based and poor country/rich country based hierarchies and exploitation that exists? no, it capitalises on it. Disposable poor kids from africa who dont even eat enough are thrown into promises of professional sports and then left like used rubber once they are not profitable anymore. Youd be surprised how much you could learn on the unfairness in orofessional sports, and the world, if you just tried some research. Professional sports organised for profit are just a neverending can of works, of unfairness and exploitation. ~ Random Biology student PS: I recommend checking out just how many transitioned trans athletes compete.
