  2. Hearing voices calling out your name randomly isn't a part of PTSD. Hearing voices is a psychotic symptom. I have PTSD myself and some subclinical psychotic symptoms but I've never heard voices or anything.m So keep that in mind

  5. Schizophrenia isn't when you hear voices. Psychosis can manifest with auditory or visual hallucinations, delusions (paranoid included), Or even just severe thought disorganisation. If you have paranoia please talk to at least a therapist
