Comes with making everyone pretend they are a happy diverse family that totally isnt being exploited by the company and trying to make you believe that the boss is your friend. For a while in 2016 or such, that bull pretty much became the synonym for progressivism and anti-racism when Buzzfeed platformed and promoted it as totally progressive and serious, Buzzfeed being famous for its horrid work environment... I have to agree with the anti-SJW characterisation of that conpany as "buzzcancer" just obviously for largely different reasons Im a progressive socialist and im so resentful toward pseudoprogressive capitalists ("new age reptiles") for making people think thats what progressivism is, it had such an enormously negative impact and set us back so much and it deeply disgusts me.
