@jaberwoky_ Thank you. I couldn't have said it better. #NotMeUs.

@Scott-nj9gq Sen. Sanders has done a great deal for All of Us during his many years of public service. It's not hard to know WHY he has 3 homes (and has had for some time). It's much harder to understand why you want to slam him because of them! 1) Bernie has a home in Burlington, where he was the re-elected Mayor of Vermont's largest city. 2) He has a place in D.C. where he is a long-time U.S. Senator for Vermont, following his service as its lone U.S. Representative. Do you somehow think it would be more effective and cost-saving for him to commute? 3) Later in life Bernie wrote two books that have sold well. One--"Our Revolution"--was #3 on The New York Time Best Seller List...and also published in China, England, France, Germany, Serbia and South Korea. I recently finished #2, his "Where We Go from Here: Two Years in the Resistance," also a very good read. Bernie and his wife (with an inheritance) have more recently acquired #3, on Vermont's Lake Champlain. He has not done one thing "to prove how great he's done for everyone."

How? Not to me. So.... a serious question. I'm an IL native from a family primarily Republican in the Land of Lincoln since Lincoln. And I'm primarily a Democrat. Could you give me some examples? Seriously. Thank you. 3/29/22

@michaelgeorge9966 8/5/23 now. I've read several opinions here and there on You Tube supporting Bernie, with Katie Porter for veep, as their preference for 2004. On the other hand, I've also seen several posts pairing Sanders with AOC for veep. And, it's only August... #NotMeUs

@joannemcardle1848 Thank you! Your suggestion to use email(s) might/could/should encourage many more of us to make "our" wishes known to policymakers. That seems extra important now, with big elections "just around the corner." Email takes so much less time to do than individual contacts, for sure, altho' I'd agree a "personal" letter to each lawmaker would be even better. But, time constraints sometimes mean a person just cannot do the optimum. Either act should result in increasing contact w/ policymakers, especially if we specifically ask to be added to their contact list(s). They really do need to hear from us--we help them grow/maintain a backbone. #NotMUa.

Please assure me that you also "admire principled women with honor, and integrity." ;-) Sorry, but I thought we were past that kind of slip...and am sorry to read that we're not. IL native, 83 y.o., in NC now, from a family was strongly Republican in the Land of Lincoln since Lincoln. I, too, could "vote for Adam and I'm a democrat."

Cheney and Kinsinger (from my home state of Illinois) are The Best.
