@mycelia_ow I admire and like Major Gabbard for many reasons including her military service. I remember in 2016 when she stepped down from her high DNC post (vice-chair? co-chair?) to support Sen. Sanders after the shenanigans by Chair Debbie Wasseran Schultz (that got her ousted) and others. Donna Brazille later apologized but.... I think Uncle Bozo (below) is right, Tulsi is perhaps better suited in a cabinet or other special post. Nina would be my first choice for whatever she would like! I've heard she's more interested in a staff post than VP, but that's hearsay. As she has for all these months, she would serve brilliantly and passionately in whatever post Bernie needed her. As a dynamic surrogate/supporter, her long-term authenticity and consistencey for Bernie has been moving to thousands.

Tammy Kosiancic I first heard Mayor Antar in an interview this week, and he truly was outstanding. What a dynamic speaker, and a heartfelt endorser of Bernie, too! Had first learned of him in Bernie's 2018 book, "Where We Go from Here/Two Years in the Resistance." Bernie wrote, "Our Revolution helped elect new and progressive African American mayors Randall Woodfin, in Birmingham, Alabama, and Chokwe Antar Lumumba, in Jackson, Mississippi. Criminal justice reform is a major issue for Our Revoution, and they played an important role in the victory of Philadelphia district attorney Larry Krasner, who is now rewriting criminal justice law in that city." Later on, he continued, "What I especially liked about Mayor Lumumba was his emphasis on participatory democracy and involving ordinary people in the process of running government." Etc.

@dickpark9807 No. Bernie is as authentic as there is, and I have known of him and his record since I first learned of him in 1963 when he was an undergrad at the U. of Chicago arrested for protesting school segregation. The NAACP got him out the next day. Around that time he also helped organize a busload to D.C. to hear MLK's historic "I've Got a Dream" speech. A poli sci student, he also helped organize a sit-in in the U of Chicago chancellor's office, considered by many to be the first sit-in in the north. I want to add-- in addition to angela bluebird60's fine reply below-- that Sen. Sanders has also been honored by both the VFW and the American Legion, in different years, as their "Man of the Year" for his long-time, consistent work for our veterans while in Congress. @David N Truly, I don't believe...at all...that Biden can even still beat that drum he talks about a lot, let alone FACISM. He just has w-a-y too much baggage and is w-a-y too diminished mentally...and getting moreso regularly. Worse for him, in his THIRD try to be POTUS, more and more in the general public have learned and are continuing to learn of both of his disqualifying probs because he regularly keeps adding on evidence of each. #Bernie/2020
