  1. CAX117 Congrats on your first run!! Many of us remember a time when Sanders didn't win either...and also when he won once by only 10 votes! Would you perhaps have any time to do any volunteer work for Bernie in Eau Claire? It's such a great and fun way to meet some like-minded patriots...and maybe even create some future support for you, too...at least, future contacts!! Just a thought...and encouragement...from NC.

  2.  @gangofgreenhorns2672  Bernie sure is the one with the most comprehensive plan of attack to confront the whole "global warming" climate change issue. Also the one who spends time at every gathering I've seen or heard to keep educating more of us by explaining what climate change is...and what are the best ways to deal with it. That it's a #1 problem and if we don't succeed with combatting it...all the other very important issues will…well, we know....

On-the-ground stats like you provided for WI would be persuasive and helpful for every primary...arming folks with accurate on-the-ground talking points to use whether with family, neighbors, friends, co-workers, at church, etc. With anyone and everyone, actually. Much appreciated. Trump MUST be defeated, state by state, and Bernie is the one to do it. Feel free to give us more re Wisconsin (and we'll also sure hope other posters elsewhere will provide similar info re their states as their time comes close!).

More: The junior senator from a little state had started in 2016 at about 3% in the polls but ended up winning 22 states with more than 13,000,000 votes. With overwhelming support from the young--black, white, Latino, Asian American, Native American, gay and straight--he won more votes from people under forty than Clinton and Trump combined. And, with no super PAC or dependence on wealthy donors, his campaign received some 8 million individual contributions, from more than 2 million people, more than any candidate in American history. The average donation was the now famous $27. Bernie had won 86% of the Vermont primary vote, and at the July convention the chair of the Vermont delegation allowed him to nominate Clinton by acclamation. His fine prime time speech drew some boos from his most heartbroken supporters, but the efforts of his people, Clinton's and the DNC working together produced "The Most Progressive Platform in Party History," according to NBC News. After that, he went out to hold 39 strong rallies in 13 states for the nominee. Sanders held no grudge. As Amy Davidson Sorkin wrote for The New Yorker, "The truth is that Bernie Sanders is very, very angry--at Donald Trump. He is angry enough to have spent weeks traveling on behalf of Hilary Clinton, speaking for her in union halls and arenas, to students and activists." We probably could all say he's still rather dedicated to beating DJT.
