  1. Yes. 680-18. I'm 82 y.o now but still remember when my husband and I had our second child in 1964 while at a university. We thought we were so extra blessed at the time that I didn't lose my job and even got a month's leave, altho' it was unpaid. Back then, Bernie Sanders, a poli sci undergrad activist at the U. of Chicago was fighting against school and housing segregation...and got arrested for doing so. Today Sen. Sanders still fights on for All of Us, as a warrior for civil, economic (including a $15 minimum wage), environmental, gender, health, racial and social justice...and for peace. So many fronts...including as a longtime champion for paid parental leave.
