  1. Look man. The legal system is designed to protect the capitalist classes claims for property. With laws that protect but do not bind, the capitalist class. It's not the courts fault those same laws bind but do not protect the poor, non white, the mentally ill, etc. Don't blame the system for working as its capitalist managers intend it to.
