Austria doesn't speak English (or French), so why would you think, let alone know(you don't cause you too poor to travel), they house people any differently than we do. The best you can imagine is to give your private lords of the land even more power over the housing sector. For money of course. Even if the Canadian government went directly against your Lord God called markets and just, paid a ton of Canadough to have housing built. There would No point in doing something as trivial as housing people if building those houses doesn't make a private company slightly richer first. Made of only the finest lowest cost material because cost cutting is super profitable.
