Districts that are created by very deliberately segregating housing along racial lines. Your country is more racially segregated today than it was 50 years ago. Money that in more civilized parts of the world, comes from Taxes. I get that as a Texan, you are totally blind to the reality of institutions existing and how they function. I'm telling you reality. Which you buck against with nothing but your own individualist assumptions about people you clearly know nothing about. You pay high taxes and get nothing notable as a citizen to show for it.

Florida has ranked number 1 in "inward migration" since COVID. Texas is a state made of many kinds of fiefdoms. Which to the already rich is freedom.

You think that pipe has gotten less busy? Cause spoiler. It hasn't. Fewer people are living close to the town and commute in for work. I'd ask you why you think that is but you have too much Texas pride to notice. They commute in because the ground, air, and water close to work are all exposed to literal poison. But at least it's more new jobs!
