  3. China has built more high speed rail in the last 10 years than the amount of high speed rail the rest of the world has combined. The U.S biggest innovations in microchips has been to put them in printer ink so you can't buy cheaper versions and in disposable coffee pods so you can only use brand name ones. Your fear is one the U.S has. Not China.
