  19. Couple of things. 1. America doesn't give aid. It gives debt traps as a pretense to give your nations major capitalists access to the markets of whatever nation takes that "aid". 2. Infrastructure was called public works until your corporate overlords decided the only structures you get surve capital/empire and not you. 3. Socal programs are spooky communism poors like you aren't allowed to have. 4. Your nation had an opium war launched on your population and the only reason your government didn't launch a massive war in response. Is because it was an opium war waged by your corporate overlords on you. Which is fine as long as massive wealth is created for your already rich owners.
