  2. Billion dollar corporations letting people die for profits. The medical establishment™ can extend your lifespan(in ways that work). But having that ability under capitalism, just means those corporations can(and will) artificially restrict access, do masssive profiteering, and rent seeking every step of the way in that process. Which leaves deaperate and sick people unable to access the science based data and medicine. So the regular person sees murican medicine doesn't really help people. That makes space where quacks are allowed to proliferate.
