  4.  @LeroyBrown  There are 17 empty houses in the U.S for every homeless person in the U.S. The houses already exist. They are just empty speculative properties for a few rich ghouls to park ill gotten wealth in. Which is absolutely a better use of resources than something so trivial as housing people who need shelter.
