Perfect for the meat grinder. The citizens who get some education or political/economic connections make up the officer core and higher ranks of the military system.

  8. China is the only nuclear power with a no first strike nuclear weapons policy. The only reason the "west" hasn't invaded China is because China has nuclear weapons. There is no risk of war with China. There is only a risk of American capital demanding the U.S military try to invade China.
