  1. Housing development in Canada is unilaterially controlled by the rich. When the rich build housing, they build housing to the benefit of the rich. Adequate mass public housing is the answer. It's always been the answer.

  2. Fun fact: half of those 68% Canadian home "owners" have a mortgage on them(66% of whom are having trouble paying that loan). So Only 35% of Canadians have any guaranteed access to housing.
