One small step for man. One rep set to get those abs

@RobertMJohnson what prediction? Doomerism being dangerous (by instilling apathy and inaction to groups that would otherwise mobilize to address climate change) is very dangerous. That's a fact not a prediction

I look forward to seeing navy ants and air force ants.

@ingridschmid1709 Old school? Even the newest most high tech(and non existent anywhere on Earth) nuclear plants still use the kind of radioactive material that can be applied to nuclear weapons. All that matters is how long the ore spends in the atom spinners. Which is fine for us rabble. The whole world could run on nuclear and we could bury all the waste in the most desolate desert on the planet. But our masters hate that idea because it reduces their very profitable holdings in fossil fuels. It also threatens their imperial ambitions. If Iraq and Afghanistan ran on nuclear instead of fossil fuels the U.S wouldn't have been able to invade them(since that nuclear power production can be diverted to nuclear weapons production very easily). Which causes imbalances our masters do not like. The U.K couldn't threaten to nuke Argentina over the Falkland islands of Argentina also was sporting nuclear weapons. It simply wouldn't do.

I love watching my imperial propaganda via cartoon birds. Really calms the nerves over being a citizen maintaining the atomic death machine Murica holds over the rest of the world.
2
This video was paid by Billiam Gates the third. A man who is getting rich by further expanding fossil fuel use.
2
@aæeéù global air quality has gotten worse everywhere on Earth except china.
2
Humans have killed almost as many species as that space rock did.
2
So this is the LSD episode?
2
I look forward to a cure for cancer. That rich ghouls like Bill Gates can artifically restrict access to so he can make more money he doesn't need.
2
So by 2100 there will be 11 Billion people. Good luck with that.
1
I like the news report. This just in. Terrible things. Followed by more terrible things. Then its a comedy hour mixed with terrible things. All the while intercut with ads selling terrible things to relieve you from the other terrible things.
1
Weird the people of developed nations are more interested in making sure robots get rights before the 3.5 billion poorest humans.
1
So my gleaning is that to save humanity we must kill the chosen one. I'll get muh pitchfork.
1
What a terrible way to look at the world that sprung us up from the cosmic goo. We are built to survive in this biosphere.
1
It's done a great job of locking up minorities and political dissidents though. In that field the drug war has been a rousing success.
1
You'll be wrong in 20 years but it will be far too late @alexanderrahl482
1
@michaelhicks8603 cope
1
@DakotaofRaptors Among the nuclear powers? The U.S, Israel, France, Russia, the U.K, and India.
1
Promoting the products of evil corporations pays better than silly science
1
@Bildgesmythe Check yourself morality police. Kurtz doesn't take a stance on a drug that killed more soldiers of WW2 than the actual war. Once the check from a tobacco funded think tank cleared anyway.
1
We will consider absolutely anything to deal with the wastes of our civilization. Except changing the unsustainable unnecessary consumption habits our corporate masters deliberately designed to make already wealthy ghouls slightly richer of course. That has to keep happening or something something spooky Communism.
1
Meanwhile we refuse to maintain our current biosphere since killing the entire natural world makes a few already wealthy ghouls slightly richer.
1
They finished selling out.
1
Ask the nuclear workers in Washington state how safe nuclear power is. Spoiler. A bunch got cancer since hanford is a hellhole and the feds don't care. Nuclear energy is just nuclear proliferation with extra steps. An increase in nuclear power increases the availability of nuclear weapons. Nuclear waste is where the big issues are. Since that shit can be messed with and stolen. Especially when we start making a lot more of it. Which will end all organized human existence in nuclear hellfire.
1
@099Nitro You don't know anything about the realities of production and it shows.
1
@099Nitro The most people expected on the planet by 2100 is only 13 billion. We produce enough food to feed 11 billion people today. Lack of resources existing is not a problem. Resources are being wasted and withheld in mass because doing so makes more money for already wealthy people.
1
Thanks to our modern imperial system. Global civilization is no more than 11 minutes from nuclear hellfire.
1
@krivdaa9627 I'm so glad we are automating our deliberate civilizations ending destruction via nuclear hellfire. It lets us risk that radioactive sword of Damocles dropping because someone didn't update microsoft.
1
Denialism and doomerism both do the same thing. Create energy over the issue of climate change and divert it for nonsense. That way the prevailing economic status quo stays unthreatened.
1
@areksloma139 How dare you blame the sun for the transgressions of your economic masters.
1
@James Henry Smith No, God manages the poor's and controls gay sex.
1
@spencerharmon4669 What's an example of "dangerous doomerism"? It's already too late to stop climate change so no point in doing anything. Who's doing it? The richest people on the planet are using their ill gotten wealth to propagandize that doomerism mindset into as much of the rabble as possible. What's so dangerous about it? Climate change I think you're trying to point the finger at the wrong people. The rich. It's always the rich. They will burn the entire world if it makes them a few pennies richer than they were before they killed the planet
1
That is a chance I am not thrilled to be taking @hellishcyberdemon7112
1
Green just begged and mildly shamed a single major pharmaceutical corporation to distribute their TB testing materials for slightly less money. That's not going to end TB. You should know better.
1
All three problems you are concerned about are done by the richest 1 billion humans. As decided by richest one percent of human who control global resource allocation.
1
Lol. Spoiler. We are going to destroy ourselves before anything like this happens.
1
Meat is a cartel of conglomerates that price fix meat. "Paying more" does nothing to improve quality or safety in meat consumption.
1
No prize for guessing the sponsors of this video.
1
That explains where my black hole came from.
1
Vaccines cause Adults.
1
If I can't trust animated birds who can I trust?
1
Will? It's been happening to you
1
Yeah but that's more due to capitalist imperialism than anything else.
1
No one can use coal plants to make radioactive dirty bombs. Nations that use coal can't use nuclear without threatening the Monopoly of violence 9 nuclear weapon nations hold over the rest of the world.
1
@ingridschmid1709 Italy is a nuclear capable nation. Your masters won't care if the Italians have the facilities required to make nuclear power. Algeria is just as capable as Italy of having nuclear power. They aren't allowed to because that would threaten European interests in that region.
1
@sk8rdman Iran's reward for having nuclear power was being the most internationally sanctioned nation on Earth. Until Russia took fist place for the stuff with Ukraine.
1
@ingridschmid1709 Your opinions on nuclear power don't matter when they conflict with the wants of your masters. It's not rhetoric. It's your reality. One you clearly are willing to face. The EU will never allow Algeria, Libya, Morocco, or Egypt to be capable of enriching their own nuclear fissionable material. That would make those nations too difficult to exploit. Especially if any of them try to pull a Libya and become independent in a way that doesn't suit European interests.
1
@ingridschmid1709 You are a serf but there is nothing to glorify about it.
1
@ingridschmid1709 If facts have to be interesting for you to learn them. Then that explains why you are so easy to exploit. Enjoy toiling for your economic overlords that you don't want to acknowledge rule you(while they rule you).
1
@ingridschmid1709 lol amazing that the only freedom™ you can imagine for yourself is service to the imperial war machine. Your ruling class would appreciate you embracing deliberate ignorance of the system that run your life. If you were considered more than fodder to burn at the alter of capitalism.
1
@ingridschmid1709 Lol so you don't know that when housing, healthcare, food, and education aren't artificially restricted to ensure profits for a minority of already wealthy ghouls, you reliably get access to them? How sad for you. It's easier to imagine the end of the world(the thing capitalism is actively trying to do) then it is for you to imagine a world where capitalists don't dictate your living conditions(to suit their endless lust for profit above anything as trivial as your life). You have my condolences.
1
@ingridschmid1709 You first you embarrassment of a person.
1
@ingridschmid1709 I told you the system you live under. Don't blame me because you'd rather wear your chains then learn you have other options. Get your head out of your rear and go to your local library. Also go touch grass and remember there are other nations on Earth you can learn from.
1
@ingridschmid1709 You can find the answer at your local library. Go there and ask. You need to get offline. Since the screens you stare at haven't taught you anything.
1
@ingridschmid1709 Ask Niger how France handles it's nuclear waste. It amazing that never comes up when people talk about French nuclear policy. Ask your landlord why they still have an aristocratic title. Look to Vietnam for a better example of housing than France. For food. I doubt I have to tell you the abominations Murican corporate conglomerates are trying to pass off as food in France(and the rest of the world) Even healthcare. Capital from other nations is trying to leech into the French healthcare system everyday.
1
@Tailspin80 As world dictator wouldn't it be easier to just mandate everyone run on renewables instead of coal?
1
@xBINARYGODx Go back to watching corporate media. Your masters clearly already decided your opinion for you
1
@Ind_u. Which corporate media do you let tell you what to think?
1
The problem is capitalism
1
@gloopdevyoinky9271 striving for profit is the only thing capitalism does. It used that profit to take over society. So again, the problem is capitalism.
1
We will change absolutely anything on the planet to suit our needs. Except our own consumption patterns, wasteful methods of production, or existing entrenched systems of wealth/power.
1
Compression suits?
1
You outed yourself as one of those stupid people. Since you thing a movie is an adequate baseline for how humans learn. You are stupid because the wealthy in your society have decided they can extract more money out of you if you aren't smart enough to know(or even think to question) how they are stealing from you.

This video is native advertising for a tech product that does not but give tech companies access to the capital markets.
