  1. The T-72's weaknesses were just as evident in Desert Storm, therefore they would have been revealed had the Warsaw Pact tried to push through the Fulda Gap in the 1980's.

  5.  @u2beuser714  Good point. However, I think our 120mm DU rounds would have also penetrated the T-72B. And once penetrated the results would have been the same.

  6.  @rostokk2706  I was only comparing the relative strengths and weaknesses of the T-72 against NATO anti-armor systems, not expanding the argument to whether or not the Warsaw Pact would have prevailed in a conflict with NATO. Meh.
