  1. The question hinted at here is what role will the F-16's fill for the Ukrainian Air Force? Primarily air to air, thereby relieving the pressure on their ground forces from Russian fixed-wing and rotary aircraft? Or hit and run, low level close support to support their own troops. Or something else?
