The tilt of the Earth can add no more than 1,000 miles to the distance of the North of South Pole from the Sun compared to the Equator's distance. 1,000 miles in a distance of 93,000,000 miles is .0017% of the distance. The difference in termperatures between summer and winter is overwhelmingly accounted for by the differenct amounts of time the Sun is shining, the length of the day. This is always about 12 hours at the Equator but varies between 24 hours and zero above the Arctic and Antarctic Circles. Please take this stupid video down and start over, OK?
