  2. Republican small businesses and red state farmers need cheap immigrant labor. Any GOP Administration could have stopped the illegals on a dime just by throwing a couple of illegal employers in jail. But the illegals pay Social Security taxes without collecting their pensions, reducing taxes for the rest of us. That the GOP can whine about them as a Democratic fault -- on no evidence whatsoever -- that's just gravy.
