  3. I don't think invention is the problem. The long grind of setting up a distribution system and selling to builders is what always stops people. If a company has a distribution and sales operation in operation, e.g. the glass-makers, a new invention, e.g. sealed double-pane units, goes into widespread international adoptions toot sweet.
