The commentary section here is a hoot. I particularly enjoy all the guys who take the trouble to tell all of us us their credentials! 🥲😂 It's good to have Real Authorities(tm.) telling us what is impossible. I don't know why they bother us so with all the technical details, though.. Obviously if the Lord God had intended for mankind to fly, He would have given Adam, and maybe even Eve, wings in the first place, wouldn't He?

@Sparkiebc It won't overtake -- but it won't kill us, either. Fossil fuels, if allowed to continue, simply wipe out the human race through planetary overheating. Capital costs of batteries and fuel cells will continue to drop. The cost of overheating the planet through failure to re-radiate excess heat is simply infinite: death of our race doesn't have a sensible cash measure.
