  1. Given the utter corruption of American commercial medicine, the idea of being examined for a chest pain by a surgeon who does angioplasties does not sound prudent to me. This guy seems intelligent and decent to me, so if somebody else prescribed an angioplasty then I would be willing to have him do the operation -- but having the same person do the exam and the operation does not seem sensible to me in the American system.
