  1. Of course they get the technology when they buy the company: the technology is priced into the amount they have to pay. Duh. And the company shareholders, who paid for it to be developed (probably by some Chinese graduate student working there), deserve to get paid for it. It belongs to the shareholders, not to Trump or Trump's Murica.
