  1. Octo, It's been going up straight all through Obama's eight years, ending with Yellen's leaving Januray 31, 2018. The Dow was at 26,700 that day. It has now gotten back to the end of the Obama-Yellen recovery. Ie.e. the Trump bit at the end is flat, modulo the drop n the dollar and the tax exemption on all the cash brought home. These are what is fueling the share-buy-backs.
