Checking back in twenty minutes later: Over the past couple of weeks I've tended to think "Yeah, SBF was guilty of this but not guilty of that." Nope. Wrong, At 32;00 on the video, it's there in black and white: he was guilty as guilty can be -- and long long before the end.

@timesh7701 Well yes and no. It's a little bit odd to have to say to oneself "Yes. Modulo the fact that planes can only just barely fly once they're built. Reminder To Self: building the plane while you are flying it is an utter and complete fiction." All of these people at some point early on thought that what they were doing was wonderful... but viable. It wasn't. And once they started lying to themselves, it certainly wasn't.

"Neither" is singular. Neither one has whatever... Both may have something else, though. You bunch them together, they get plural. 'Course none of this matters if you don't care whether you're being accurate or not.
