And your idea that probation sets aside a conviction just shows the you don't have the faintest clue. Probation is one way of serving a sentence after being convicted. Please, please, take a day off to Google and Wikipedia yourself into at least distant contact with reality. At the moment you're living in dreamland, just reporting a comic book versionof reality.
