Trump has been very quiet about Ukraine, and until he decides which way to jump, his people -- 15%, not 37%, of Republicans -- are genuinely split on Ukraine. No more than half of them , say 7% of all Republicans, are committed Putinite slime of the Bannon type. These are noisy, but their numbers are declining, and they will vanish back to their variety of Birchite holes by six months after Trump's defeat or jailing, whichever comes first.

  3. LBJ beat Goldwater 61-39. It looks impossile to hope for right now, but 62% would be a clear sign of America being great "again," pre-Trump great, that is. With polls all a couple of percent away from an even split (except for that one stupid outliar, excuse me, outlier) that looks very far from possible. On the other hand, it may be possible, just possible, that when Trump is convicted a couple of times then a lot of people will suddenly discover that they had never supported him, they had just been being nice to their stupid brother-in-law who was a MAGAt.
