  1. "Heavier than the Eiffel Tower" is a very peculiar phrase to use to emphasize a dangerous mass or weight. I don' know how much the Eiffel tower weighs, but I do know that it is famous for weighing less than a volume of air of the same height and with a cross section equal to the tower's base. The literary point would be that the Eiffel Tower is a stupendous example of lightness, not of threatening mass like a dangerous asteroid.
