  2.  @jvh8806  Although Covid did not exist until after Trump became President, President Obama left the government with medical liaison officers in Beijing and an Epidemic emergency apparatus in Homeland Security. Trump abolished both. Obama's precautions were positive, appropriate, prudent. Trump's reaction was negative, inappropriate -- and cost unnecessary deaths of many many Americans.
