  1. The thesis of this article, that the Vietnamese are ginning up a confrontation with China is completely wrong. They are just going to keep building another and another and another little island until they end up contiguous with Hawaii. Then they're going to send a guy into the biggest Federal office in Honululu, snd he'll say "Hey, there, I'm from all those islands out there that youve been ignoring since the British left. Where are our Federal benefits?"
