  1. Oddly, I thin this "I think if they win I should get all the credit, if they lose I should ot be blamed at all" statement is the very first sign I have ever seen of intelligence on Trump's part. It's not the bare statement. It's ridiculous on its face. It's the twinkle in his eye for just a split second after he's said it: for once, just once, in his life Trump shows a glimmer of awareness and, dare I say it, perhaps just a bit of enjoyment at having put a joke across on his interviewer.
