This would be wonderful if true, but the claim is odd: income from weapons makes it easy to buy food. Where's the evidence for food shortages in North Korea?

@michaelmappin1830 Agreed. The fact is Russia has a few successes, e.g. Sputnik and nuclear weapons, but across the board they were incompetent under the Soviets. Under gangster capitalism they have had no reason to become good at weapons.
