  1.  @JohnSmith-bh8um  There is no such thing as "scrubbing the web." You can erase the first generation os something you have posted yourself and some of the immediate copies of it. You cannot get rid of deliberately warehoused copies of your own stuff and you can't delete stuff you didn't write yourself except on your own URLs. There is no central controller over Internet content, and most specific, narrow, individual posts need a court order to get them deleted -- and even with a court order it is not certain that you can shut anything down. You may not be able to identify the source, the source may be outsid the authority of your court order, and there may simply be too many copies of it for you to track them all down.
