  1. A few years ago, Miller first got loud when he was in his mid teens and he started positing on newsgroups where his parents, both attractive liberals, had posted reasonably often. It was ver-ree cringy to watch his parents sorta edging to the right to try to make contact with him, maybe remind him that they were his parents, and yes, they took his posted views seriously. And then they sorta had to give up: he wasn't faintly interested. A very sad little boy.
