  1.  @HabitualLine-Stepper  We have an accurate data-point: you don't understand. I think it's because exchanges see some value in keeping a certain amount of friskiness alive. But it could be plain inertia... Your box/rock metaphor is nonsense. It's the equivalent of being able to buy an empty box, stamp your own name on it, and use it to sell something of your own that you needed a box for.
