  1. Trump is a childishly silly little man. From the American point of view, swallowing Canada would mean taking roughly a trillion dollars away from US insurance companies in order to bring US health care up to Canadian standards. This might increase American life expectancy by about two years -- to match Canada's -- but it would decimate Republican business profits. This is not going to happen. The man is an ignoramus and a fool.
