  1. On your audio quality: to my amateur ear, the main problem is the echo. (And you tell me: are you talking with your lips too close to the mike?) The echo problem is easily solved: carpets on the floor. Don't stand in front of a blackboard or a glass Mediterranean wall. Curtains nearby will always help your audio. Yes, you have too much echo going on.
