The people you are dismissing as "the liberals," i.e. the sane people, have been trying for three years now that Trump was a laughingstock whenever he wasn't aggressively stupid. He has weakened both America and the alliances of democratic nations, and on disease he has left America weak and vulnerable, thanks to his destruction of the National Security Council structures set up by President Obama. Beyond being a narcissist, Trump is a mediocre mind, an undisciplined thinker, and a lazy worker. This is a very sad period for America.
