That marks the end of the nine-year-long Obama-Yellen Recovery -- from the Cheney-Bush economic disaster of 2008. The Dow has touched that peak for a couple of moments in the eleven months since -- aided by a trillion dollar tax-cut poured into stock buy-backs and another liberated trillion in overseas profits allowed back into the "in America" columns of their ledger.
