  1. Darryl, The Republicans are the dogmatic activists on the Court. Justice Ginzberg, by contrast, believed in the Constitution and the arguments made for it by the Founders. The cameraman had better get one of those glass shields: Kayleigh's Pinnochio nose is growing so fast he's in dire trouble, great danger.

  2.  @richarddefortune1329  You are assuming that a dogmatic, activist, and highly politicized Supreme Court will vote to lose its own control of itself and the country. You also don't seem to have done your arithmetic: We can expect Trump to leave behind a solid six vote majority. Adding three members, even if two of those six voted to abolish their own control, would not be enough. You/We need at least four more members.
