  1. No matter who does it, lining airplanes up in straight lines on the ground seems like a remarkably stupid policy. By implication, the personnel policies of the forces involved must be sorta dopey. Who let fools who would make those decisions, the people who design those sysetems, into positions of responsibility? If you save even one airplane in a generation, you've saved millions of dollars -- enough money by far to pay for all the conferences, paper-shufflng, and what-not to get this idiocy revoked.

  8. This headline is false. "Republicans" didn't call on Johnson to resign. It was only the half of current GOP Members of Congress who sleep in Putin's bed who said, behind Johnson's back, that he should resign. Odd: they all voted for him to be Speaker. When can we expect their apologies?

If you make a mistake because you misread it, you re-record it. The electrons aren't bothered if you use them twice. We, your audience, are annoyed if you can't be bothered to do it right.
