  1. Victoria's Secret was destroyed by its Chinese suppliers. All across the Middle East, Victoria's Secret stores has a monopoly on upper-middle class women five or eight years ago. Today there are three or five lingerie stores in every mall, all of them selling Chinese goods, at most one of them now a starving Victoria's Secret outlet. In the African half of my own family, Victoria's Secret had the women's market from ten until five years ago. Today: zero. Same story: the Chinese have the market.
