This would have been a fine video in maybe 2008. It's pretty silly today. (Civil wars causing droughts is a new and interesting breakthrough in meteorological science.) Anybody interested can Google up "Are there any Somali pirates left?" and take it from there. Still, while they were around they were a very expensive pest, it's true. No doubt the children of some of the few pirates who survived are getting their MBAs at Wharton about now, the majority wasting it on the tables and the girls in Monaco.
