  1. There's an old story about a visitor to the new water pipeline into Manhattan visiting the site, a huge tunnel, and asking "Yes, but where do the pipes go? Up there on the wall?" "No, friend. This is the pipe." was the answer. What we see here is a few tiny pipes inside a rather small tunnel. This is not a major energy pipeline.
