That may very well be true, but it isn't the subject of the graph shown, nor is it the point he intends to make. He intends the reciprocal point, i% of the population own one-third of the wealth. This may or may not be true: I suspect that what has been shown is the ownership of private wealth, not the roads, schools, public facilities, etc. etc. which are a large part of the overall wealth. -dlj.

They don't There is a ver-ree little bit of business celebration with alcohol, and just about zero business finding or selling with alcohol. There is a great deal of what Laowhy says, "...a lot of guys getting together to get smashed..." and there is radically huge amounts of guys with business charge accounts getting smashed by themselves or with hostesses.
