  1. There's a technical name for the people who make a living by "cutting out the middleman." They are other middlemen. It's a tough business because it's pretty competitive.

  4. This is crazy talk: there has never been any "retirement age." Very few people have ever retired, and a small minority do now. People shift from job to job throughout their lives, and there is no magic point, no "65" fairyland, where this changes. This guy is making money off YouTube while clucking about some utterly imaginary change. It's commonly held fiction, but it's fiction.
