What use would an unsinkable submarine be?

No, not boo-eez. "Buoys" is pronounced "boys." As in young men.

The reactors generate 190 megawatts. and two turbines "delivering 49,000 horsepower each." A horsepower is around 750 watts, so 253,000 horsepower in, 98,000 out, for waste of a little over 61%. Military engineering used to mean competence -- but that may have ended around the time Julius Caesar hit the coast of England.

At 2:37, "It displaced 24,000 tons when submerged." Nope. Those engineers don't seem to have heard of Archimedes, either. It displaced it's own weight in water when it was afloat. If it weighed 24,000 tons, that's how much water it displaced while afloat. Archimedes Principle. When it added water to its weight in steel, people, and what-not, it weighed even more than it displaced. So it sank. That's how you submerge a submarine: you make it weight ore than it displaces.
