  1. Every state has two Senators. If there were a state with two inhabitants and a stalk of corn -- and half a dozen states are getting that way -- that stalk of corn would have two votes on the floor of the Senate at minimum one vote in every reconciliation bill that touched agriculture.

  2. If you "burn" hydrogen in pure oxygen, your only exhaust willl be water. Air is not pure oxygen. Air is roughly 4/5ths nitrogen, which means you'll end up with all sorts of lethal nitrates and nitrides, and it is some fraction of a percent all sorts of other stuff -- which will burn with your hydrogen to make who-knows-whutt. This is probably good for your roses but it's unlikely to be good for human beings.

  6.  @extragoode  No. New York and California together have apopulation of 59 ,illion, 17.&% of America's 332 million. You can't even claim that 18% is a big enough number to let them decide a qestion in doubt: both of them are highly urban states but with highly important agricultual sectors. This means that there are almost no issues on which they would be either in doubt or on opposite sides of the question.
